ROXANNE NICE

Roxanne Nice founded Linked Consulting, LLC in 2018, to support both public, private, and non-profit sectors. With more than twenty-five years of professional experience in K-12 Education and Criminal Justice fields, Roxanne has created, developed, evaluated, and managed various programs and initiatives. Over the course of her professional tenure, she has played a key role in the development and execution of complex initiatives from start to finish.

Roxanne is well-equipped to provide training, professional development, and executive coaching tailor-made for her clients. Her deep knowledge as a consultant has made many of her projects highly successful, while her ability to understand her client’s needs and put solutions in place makes her an effective partner and great asset to her clients.

Prior to Linked Consulting, Roxanne served as an Executive Director in Denver Public schools. She oversaw a massive and consistent expansion of the department and managed a 4.7 million annual budget. In this role, she created partnerships with city government officials and various agencies in the community. Earlier in her career, Roxanne collaborated with the consortium of professionals and co-founded two charter schools in Boulder, Colorado. She served in various capacities including School
Administrator and Board of Directors at both Boulder Preparatory High School and Justice High School. These innovative charter schools focused on reducing dropout-rates and reducing youth recidivism.

With her drive, experience, and problem-solving approach, she helps organizations achieve success. Clients value her interpersonal skills and her ability to understand their needs.
